Anthem members and plan sponsors have received multiple communications regarding a recent cyber attack that compromised the personal information of many members. Anthem has been working with the FBI to understand the impact to their members and create proper security protocol.
Affected members will receive communications from Anthem and will have access to Identity Theft Protection services for 2 years, free of charge. Affected members will receive a letter with instructions on how to activate the Identity Theft Protection Services.
