Paul Achee is the founder and Principal Employee Benefits Consultants of Bestefits Insurance Solutions, LLC. He has worked with small and large employee benefits brokerage firms. Through his experience, it became apparent that employers have an obstacle to overcome in the brokerage community. Small brokerage firms often provide greater flexibility and attention. While large brokerage firms often provide more technology and resources.
